The email subject can be set in the .php file.
The email title can be set in the .php file.
Real email validation with RegExp, also all the fields are checked before the email can be sent.
You can add one or more email addresses int the .php file.
The graphics of the contact can be changed easily: just open the contact form symbol from the download sources and work there, everything is vector graphic, if you like you can replace it with your one graphic.
The code is written inside the contact form symbol so you can just drag the contact form symbol anywhere in your project and it will work.
You will find complete instructions in the help.txt provided in the download sources.
The sample can be tested in conditions of full functionality, sending emails that reach their destinations.

1) Do I have to have a PHP Server to have the forms working? 2) Or the Script is in PHP where I can place it in my Flash based website?

Hi, Where is the symbol “CONTACT FORM” located? I put the index.swf into my flash library but cannot find the symbol that is mentioned in the help documentation.
