This is a very smart XML controlled, dynamic content scroller, very easy to customize. no ActionScript knowledge required.
Features:
- unlimited number of content
- thumbnail for each item
- title and description for each image set by XML
- window size set dynamically with XML
- thumbnail size set dynamically with XML (you have to adjust the loaded images sizes to the size you set in XML file !!!)
- text field will fill the remaining area after the thumbnail
- if text filed content is larger than it's area a small scroll-up and scroll-down button will appear near it
- scroll bar will appear only if the content is larger than the window
- spacing between scrolled items and thumbnail and text field set by XML

Hi, your scroller works wonderfully except the bottom portion of my box isn’t appearing, as if cut off. This was from the default install. I tried editing the xml and index.html to adjust but nothing helps. What can this be and how can I have it display fully with the bottom as well? Thanks!

I love the component and it works great. The only thing I am having difficulties with is that it is not centered on the page. Its hovering over my menu in the top left corner.. I dont have flash to fix this. I there and code I can add to the xml to correct this?

Open the fla file and from library edit the movie clip named descbox in ScrollerAssets folder.
Than you’ll see an empty text field named title_txt…..cahange it’s color to whatever you want save and reexport..that’s it!

I bought this and all works great except for the links. It takes sometimes 3-5 clicks to open them. Do you know why that would be? Any help would be great. I just tried your sample and it linked off one click. Would love that to be the case for mine :(
