Yes it can be. It is a standalone swf file. You can use the embed code from my sample files (which you get after purchasing) into your html file.

I am getting 3 errors when i export an .swf in flash8 as2 format
The name of this class, ‘com.aslibrary.Delegate’, conflicts with the name of another class that was loaded, ‘com.aslibrary.Delegate’.

i have tried to export in flash8 as2, flash9 as2, flash9 as3 and all have errors.
