What‘s the problem?? coz I did not anything just open the FLA file and tried to Publish it.

Error creating Flash movie file.
Be sure the destination file is not locked or on a
locked drive. Also, check that the file name is too long.
Thumbnails Disappearing Posted on 07/10/2008
Please help me. I implemented the gallery on the following page: http://www.myteddybare.com/womenslingerie.html and it seems to work fine. However if you refresh the page or you go to another page and come back the thumbnail scroller below the main picture disappears. Any suggestions? I would appreciate any help. Thanks.
Opens with FlashMX2004 ? Posted on 06/25/2008
I love this slide show and bought it for that reason - as well as the fact that you list it as compatible with FlashMX2004. Unfortunately, on the 2nd point - it isn't. If you have a version of the slideshow that will open and can be editable in FlashMX2004 Professional, I'd like to know, otherwise, please remove that line from the product description, as it may cause more confusion to those of us specifically looking to purchase components for our older versions of Flash. Thanks.
Re: Easy Image Gallery XML - v1 Posted on 06/11/2008
Hello teresaSSE,
I'm sorry you fell this way considering you didn't even give us 48h to respond. You might have noticed that you have been answered 10 hours ago, and your questions are not related to any bugs in our product, it's simply lack of flash knowledge that led to these issues. It is specified in the product details that it is not resizable. We want to keep our customers happy so please ask for a refund from FC and purchase a gallery that suits your needs. Just a suggestion, unless you know Flash/Actionscript fairly well, it is best to purchase more expensive products that are more flexible rather than save on price and do the customisations yourself.
No Support Help Posted on 06/10/2008
This gallery is great looking with my pictures, but I am having problems placing the swf file in my flash web page. There is no support help for this except a forum where hardly anyone visits. I am getting very frustrated with it and am thinking of just buying another gallery from someone else. Hopefully that one will work.
