I just purchased this component and tried to use it in my AS3 project and it threw up a bunch of migration warnings. I don‘t really care about the warnings. But I‘m wondering if they could be causing problems.
I imported your component into my FLA document by opening it as an external library, which worked fine. Then I dragged the innerWindow movie clip out on to my stage. It doesn‘t respond, I can‘t move it, use the scrollbar , etc. But it does generate a few warnings like the following:
WARNING: Actions on button or MovieClip instances are not supported in ActionScript 3.0. All scripts on object instances will be ignored. TypeError: Error #1006: setMask is not a function. at Alpha1_fla::ultimateScroller_11/frame2()
Another data point: I opened your FLA in CS3 and exported the InnerWindow movie clip to an SWC file, which worked fine. Then I closed your FLA, opened by FLA and tried to import this new SWC.
It failed with an error: “One or more files were not imported because there were problems reading them.”
Any ideas?
