Open Slide_menu.FLA
On the _root timeline on the first frame of the first layer, open your actions panel. At the top are listed the color variables.
Just change the current color hex codes, to whatever you want them to be
BAM! done :)

topHow do i change the URL associated with the buttons?

Open the Slide_Menu.xml file in a text editor.

You can see here that the buttons are loaded with parameters such as "name" and "url".
change the "name" or "URL" to whatever you wish.

Remember to save the XML file in the same directory as your SWF

Bam! Done.
