Very simple to use. Just drag and drop, and of course set few parameters

It can displays text and movie clips

4 different opening and closing effects (Blur, Fade, Zoom and Rotation)
Choose the speed of each effect.

You can customize borders(color, thickness), background(color), opacity, font(size, color, type), padding, space between the mouse cursor and the tooltip, and much more...

You can embed your fonts, it supports HTML tags.

You can set an easing effect so the tooltip follow the mouse pointer with a nice effect

You can align the tooltip to 4 positions(Top-Left, Bottom-Left, Top-Right, Bottom-Right)
the tooltip always stays on the stage(see button 2)

You can adjust in and out delay times, drop shadows etc.

Great work! Though flashcomponents.net took over 1 hour to get the component files it didn‘t matter. It took me 10 minutes to implement 2 custom instances of the component in my project. Thanks!

Only quirk…when rolling over the assigned target instance with blur/fade set the tip won‘t always display.
