This is part of my old project , it was an application based on Google Map API for Flash, I had to make the marker and the info window draggable , and the shadow of the info window must generate automatically. It cost me a lot of time,so I think it will be very helpful if you have familiar needs.
You can set the shadow alpha and color. The marker and window are draggable.
