FLUFFY WHITE CLOUDS
Continuous looping clouds controlled by actionscript, no timelines to mess with!
The behavior of each cloud can be easily customized by modifying the variable list found in the frame of the cloud, example:

 

var startAlphaCloud2 = 0; // Starting alpha level.
var pauseCloud2 = 5000; //The pause between this cloud looping.
var speedCloud2 = 18; // Speed this cloud is traveling at.
var alphaSpCloud2 = 5; // Speed the cloud fades in.
var finalAlphaCloud2 = 80; // Final Alpha level of this cloud.
var endPosCloud2 = 590; // This value should be the width of your movie.
var startPosCloud2 = -406; // Start position of this cloud, value depends on the width of the cloud.
var pauseStartCloud2 = 8000; // How long at start to wait before animating.
