i’m very pleased with the promptness of the template authors support.
i had an issue that was resolved by installing the correct fonts
(something i feel i should have thought of but didn’t
we exchanged e-mails and i sent him the file and he helped me get it all sorted in under 24 hours.
i have equipment and software that is worth over $1000 and never has tech support worked that fast when i’ve had an issue.
the time we are saving using a template is priceless
thank you now i can get back to making music

Since I can do so that the button photo description works the other way around? That is to say, that by defect shows the description and when pressing it then it does not show it

I sent an email two weeks ago and still have not received a reply.
1) how can you link to external urls?
2) Must the images be set to 2250 × 1500? It appears if you don’t it stretches the images to a certain size. Is there no way to do a fixed image?
3) How do you use an external swf? There are no instructions and so far all the swfs I have included do not work.


I would appreciate a response on this since I have purchased your product and have not been able to use effectively.

its very easy to do so.


All you have to do is in your HTML embed tag for flash use pixel based fixed WIDTH and HEIGHT instead of percentage based WIDTH and HEIGHT, as in my example.


And you are done.

Is there a way to have the site not to follow the resizing of the window and stay one size only? so it would be static in the middle of anyone’s monitor

I recently purchased this template. I’m wondering the best way to change the title ‘JOHN photography’. It looks like static text in the FLA file and I can’t find anything in the docs that mentions it.

Hi


I purchased your template last week and its just perfect, I really like it as its very easy to use.
But I have one problem, I did not realize that if image is larger than
screen size , it will not adjust the image, I really dont want my customers to move the image up and down, I just want them to see a fixed size so they can view the full image in a fixed space.


Please let me know if I can change this template to do that or you can help me.
