what coding would I use to get this to appear on a website, I have it working and uplaoded as a independent file, but when I try to put it on a webpage, I cant get it to work

How can I get a hold of you??? I have ordered many flash products from this site and always had some kind of instructions or information, but your product does not. I just need help with getting it to work on a website, its not working with the code I normally use.... please PLEASE get back to me asap
