HTML5 video background player it's a simple javascript module that allows you to add a video to your site's background with a single javascript call. The script automatically chooses what video format to use and checks if your site is being seen from a mobile device and choose a lower quality video if so. It has also a flash fallback if user system doesn't support HTML5 video tag.

You need to add OGV version of your MP4 video in order to make it work on Firefox and mobile phones.

Question: Is there code in this component that switches to a regular background image if Flash is "NOT" permitted or incorrect flash player version is being used by the users browser?
