Hi,
Never heard that before. On our side it opens just fine with any of the Flash 8, Flash CS3 and Flash CS4.

I’m a beginner. Love the component, but can’t figure out how to change the color of the scroll bar! Please help.
Thanks!

Edit the .fla file in Flash / open the library ( ctrl+L ) and edit the scroll bar graphic symbols ( assets ) from the library within the scroll bar assets folder.

Flashtuning,
I think you have a serious problem with your components. I am a big fan of your products (I’ve bought several of them) but your News List components have a serious bug. I cannot get it to work with a long list of news items in the html file. I bought this component because I was having the same problem with your HTML/XML NEWS LIST AS2 component (you can see my comment there too). I was hoping that this component would not have the same bug but it does.
All I did was go into the “categ2.html” file and copy/paste the existing news list items to make one long list of 75 news items. It was working fine until I got to “v75.” Please replicate this yourself and see how it completely squishes and cuts off the list in the swf.
You accounted this bug on the HTML/XML NEWS LIST AS2 component to my error of not closing my tags properly but it doesn’t make sense anymore. I’ve tried this on two of your components, with two completely different HTML files and the error happens in nearly the exact same place in both. I did not re-publish the swf or even open the FLA file. You can replicate this yourself by just adding to the existing categ.html files.
Please help.
Sincerely,
A Big Fan of FlashTuning Components!

Oh and to anyone who tries to embed this into another swf file, if you find that the drop down menu box does not work, you need to put an instance of the “ComboBox” component into the main swf. I didn’t realize that you have to drag an instance of a combo box into the main swf for the loaded swf to recognize it. Hope this helps someone.

Hi,
We didnt had time to test / replicate your issue yet but well do it sometime soon. From your description it seems that this is a Flash limitation and not a problem with the component itself, as you know Flash has some limitations regarding a movie clip size / bitmap size etc.
Check this forum thread weve posted long time ago at:
