Thanks for the good player. Two questions: How can I disable the startup of the player or the player is not the same while browsing a video is playing. And how can you set the volume to 50 percent at the start of the Player? Thank you before.

Hi,
I don’t understand the first question, but if you don’t want the first video to play at startup edit the config.xml file and set the playFirstVideo parameter vale to zero
To set the volume edit the .fla file in Flash / edit the player clip / go to the ReadMe layer and add this code line:
player.volume = 0.5;

Thanks for the quick reply. Unfortunately, the player still starting up when the website is called. browser cache is cleared. Now I wanted to expand from 280 to 300 pixel ftcrollbar and have the following problem. In the categ.html and in the config.xml adjusted to 300 px If now a video is selected, the transparent part, click again to prevent the one, only 280 px wide. Settings as in the help described in the parameters of ftscrollbar (350 and 400) remain without effect. What i’m doing wrong. Thanks before.

Hi,
Edit the xml configuration file and adjust the videoListScrollViewAreaWidth and videoListScrollViewAreaHeight values. Also go to categ folder and adjust the categ1.html and categ2.html layouts to fit better into your new size. Also you may need to edit the .fla file in Flash and made some adjustments.
If playFirstVideo is set to zero to first movie will not start paying when the page is loaded. Make sure you’re using the latest Flash Player version. Is working fine on our side.

Here is my problem, I had the player up and running, but the client wanted a black background, so I changed the background color in Flash and uploaded to new files to the server. Now the player does not work at all. http://www.oliviadunkley.com/acting_videos.htmlI am new to all this but I catch on quickly.I think somehow I messed up the file associations or something. I am using iWeb to build the site. Other flash files I have added to the site work fine http://www.oliviadunkley.com/acting_photos.htmlthe glow menu and the slideshowI shall keep trying to get it to work againAny advise?thanks

Hi,
Sorry for late reply, edit the index.html file provided within the download package and look for the AC_FL_RunContent() method to insert the movie ( swf file ) within the html page(s) of your site and set the bgcolor parameter or edit the .fla file in Flash and change the bgcolor from the document properties panel . Check also the FAQ area on our site for more useful questions and answers ( you have the link in the product description above ).
