The new "Image panning" component has support for either image files (png, jpg, gif) or swf files. It can load images/movieclips from an external url or directly from the Library. It comes with a well written documentation, it is more flexible, the code was totally rewritten.
Enjoy !

Hi, is it possible to slow down the speed of the panning? And also to pan a movie from the library??
Thanks.
The folder I was referring to, is located inside the main .fla Library. It is not a disk folder. If you are familiar with flash you would know that the Library can be organized in folders. Opening the main fla and hitting Ctrl L would show you the Library with that folder. I understand your frustration but at least a basic flash knowledge is required to use these files. We also have a support forum where you can ask questions (here).
Unfortunately a refund is not possible. We haven’t sold you the file directly and we’ve only got a percentage of the money you’ve paid, half to be more precise.
This file was completely useless..at least according to the help file. I’ve found that “developers” are lousy writers and if you are planning on using their help files-good luck. I couldn’t get it to work at all. The “help” file directs you to “Copy the Library folder named "OXYLUS Image panning v2" into your project%u2019s library”....well this folder doesn’t even exist in the download. If it was my 8 bucks instead of my company’s money I’d do a credit card chargeback.
No, only in the source files.
