Is it possible (easily) to make the Play, Next/Back buttons disappear when the mouse is moved away from the player?
Right now to get them to disappear you have to click “Done” but I rather have it disappear on mouse off.. or at least change the text to say Hide instead of Done.

Oh and also…
Is it possible to link to the videos in the play list OUTSIDE of the player? So I could have a thumbnail and a title/description for each along side the player, so the user can navigate to any of the videos with out having to skip through them and with out having the page reload?

Hi aw111,
yes it is very easy to disappear Play, Next/Back when you roll you’re mouse out of the flv player.
For thumb , name and description you will need this http://www.flashcomponents.net/component/advanced_vista_flv_player.html . Basically they have the same code but the advanced vista flv player has the thumb and description. If you plan to buy both off them I can make you a discount. But you will have to pay via paypal. Hi aw111,
If you have basic knowledge of action script you could make the player controls disappear when the mouse is outside the stage or not move for x sec. About the thumbnails if you know how to create them or embed them in flash then it will be very easy to make the changes. Currently the player is taking the link of the video from a parameter. You jest have to sent the link to that parameter from the thumbnails when there are click and your done.

I would highly recommend this interface due to the tech support from the creator. i had a few problems and Cornel18 addressed them all of them in a timely fashion. i was pleasantly surprised with his engagement in making the interface work correctly.
