jrLEDv1 is an XML-driven flash component simulating an LED message board. The board cycles through your messages and translates every letter of your message into LED settings and illuminates the board accordingly. You can fully adjust the board and choose the amount of cells and rows, the LED type (square, circle, 4 squares, 4 circles, diamond, horizontal and vertical lines, ring), the color and transparency of each single element and effect. In addition the board allows for wear and tear as you can add the chance some LEDs will be broken or should flicker. Since you have full control over content, size and style you should be able to change all the variables in such a way for this board to seamlessly fit into your projects. If needed, you could also adjust the font grid rendering or add your own 5x7 symbols.

jrLEDv1 is written in AS2 and made available for CS3 and flash8
