It uses a real Yahoo! Map. This has the advantage for you, that it's much more flexible than for instance vector maps.
You can use this quiz for many different questions, showing the whole world or just a part of it. All the info for the quiz is loaded from an XML file (more info at the features page).
There is a little progress chart, showing the scores of the last 3 games played. This is based upon flash cookies.
This is the stand-alone image quiz from the "Our World" quiz application.
* Every quiz in the "Our World" quiz application, can also be purchased individual for $6.
