Hi

Open the file in flash. Go to Window menu on top and click the Library to open the library window. In the library section you'll see the folder by the name of "Text Symbols" this contains the symbols for every text. Double click on any text symbol you want to change the text color.Now select the text on the stage and from the property section select the font and color of your choice. Then republish the file. You are good to go.
