I have bought this template but I am facing a problem: In the "fla. file" (which the support of flash components.net send me), is the link to the "config.xml" not working. So ‘I have the site without the text.
Can you please help?

I have a problem too. When i preview this template in Dreamweaver CS3 using different browser (IE & Firefox) everything looks fine as per what i wanted it to be. But when i uploaded everything onto my website i can only see the header and buttons displayed, but none of the pictures and descriptions are showing up. Any idea what's is rootcause here? i have been struggling with this problem for more than 1 week. Please help. Thanks.

Hi Sie - Path is written in swf (you can modify it as FLA). Loading swf file from the folder "images" (the root - PC or server). The following folder - it is written in XML - ex- "gallery name="LANDSCAPE"" - FOLDER is LANDSCAPE

Hi, we purchased your gallery and have a question about the contact form. Is there a way to show a message such as "Message Sent" once submitted the form?
We noticed there is a field in the contact.xml file formName="Message Sent" And a echo "sent=success" in the mail.php but nothing shows up when we send the message (that is succesfully send and received)

Have just bought the component. My images are showing up but NOT the description text on the front page.
Maybe a text colour issue - is there a line in the script where I can change the font colour. OR maybe it's a bigger issue.

Me again. I also have the issue of the back button not showing up.The same as the message from dannytran.
I'm hoping there is some support for this product. I'm thinking I may have wasted $70!

Hi there,
I have been going back and forward with John from FlashComponents regarding problems with your cpomponent. I'm disappointed I haven't heard back from you since posting on your forum. John also said he had made contact with you and given you my email.
If you look on the forum you can see the issues I'm having.
John sent me a different index.swf file and the component works (the one I downloaded - doesn't!) but I need the .fla file of this index file.
This index.swf must be a different version to the one I downloaded when I purcahased your component.
Could you please send through a working index.fla file ASAP.
