In this template, there are two parts: one is a photo gallery which is XML driven and the other is the template content which is also XML driven.
To change the images in the gallery, you just have to go to the IMAGES folder and THUMB folder. To change the content of the template, open the XML file with notepad and change/edit the content in XML file.
