for dreamweaver : insert – multimedia object – swf
copy xml file and assets folder in the same folder of html and swf
to flash: cut and paste all library items from my fla to your and put news mc on your stage

My web page has several sub pages. Is there any way of adding the news ticker to these sub pages but giving them different news content ????

the only thing you need to do is adapt the path to the template path
