I have questions about what to do with:
• Change content.swf in com/flashdo/flashblue/Main.as. • Change child to add addChild(e.target.content);
On the first one: Change content.swf in com/flashdo/flashblue/Main.as. Do I change "content.swf" to my file name?
On the second one: Change child to add addChild(e.target.content);
I don't know what to do with this... do I change something in this code?

Yes. You need to change "content.swf" to your filename to preload.
If you don't set a parent movieclip name, it loads content into root.
movieclip.addChild(e.target.content);
