I tried adding the most important variables that can be change in the top of the .fla file ... Here are some variables that can be change:
width set the width for the gallery
height set the height for the gallery
organizationWidth in the buttom right you will see 3 organization buttons ... the number of buttons and the organization are given in the XML file ... so you set the numbers of lines and coloms and the code generate the buttons for you ... anyway this variable gives the buttons width
organizationHeight set the organization buttons height
organizationSpace set the space bettwen the organization buttons
organizationSpacing this is a very important variable it gives the spacing bettwen the right/left/top/bottom margins ... and others spacing in the gallery ... so be carefull how you use it
activeOrganization set the active organization when gallery is loaded
moveSpeed set the pictures move speed ... they will move if the organization is change to the _x and _y position
zoomSpeed set the pictures zoom speed
scrollHeight set the height for the text scroll that appears for each picture ... if it's necesary
scrollSpeed set the scroll text speed
The gallery have 3 diferent move components
autoScroll true/false if you want the gallery to autoScroll
buttons true/false if you want buttons for next/previews
numbers true/false if you want number buttons to navigate bettwen pictures
buttonWidth in case you decide to use buttons for next/previews this variable sets the button width
buttonHeight set the button height
More then that you can change every text font in the gallery
antetFormat text font for the numbers buttons in case you use them
titleFormat text font for the title for each picture
informationFormat text format for the information text for each picture
buttonFormat format for the text on the buttons

Hi there VIP, Im wanting to know If this component would work as a gallery application - ie: photogallery. I love the style & subtle interaction (very slick!!!!) - I can see that this would definately work for portrait images - how would it work for landscape images? ... is it possible to have various size thumbnails?
If you can let me know - as Id love to buy this component!!!

Will you make a gallery like this for selling photos with paypal. Instead of more info button make it a buy now and instead of peview trailer button make it a view cart button? I think it will sell a lot.

Hi,
I bought your flash component and it looks good.
I have a few questions,
Can you customize so there is full screen control or make the original screen larger? Would that be difficult?
Is it possible to change the text on the "read more" and "view trailer" buttons
The "read more" button is now linked to an external blogspot page, can you make so that the page comes up inside my flash page, instead of coming up as an external window? / Lasse

Hi buy the component but I have a problem, I need to put texts in Spanish and the xml or flash I accept special characters such as accents and ñ I have to do to make me accept them.
Similarly where I can change the button text.

Nice Gallery. Would like to purchase but why do the thumbnails overlap with interface? (both IE & Chrome) Also, when returning from full screen bottom interface disappears.
