Contact form? What can be better than a Webcam Video contact form? Where users can leave their information visually and by microphone!! This is great for a lot of purposes! Get notified by email that a new Video contact form has been sent, open the cmsVideoViewer.swf (only you have access to) and wallah! The Webcam Video forms are directly recorded on YOUR COMPUTER! You can view/erase them whenever you want

What's so different from other Contact Forms?
- The main difference is that you will have a distinct webcam video contact form, where your site users will be able to record themselves, even present themselves visually and talking through a microphone (You can even use this component as a pre-interview for job hiring), you can also use this component as a 'video shout tool' for your site, making public the cms viewer on your site or as any other widget you change it to!!
- The difference is that there is no need for XML or MYSQL database to store the submitted forms (The form text information will be sent to YOUR personal email address) and the recorded Webcam Video will be DIRECTLY SAVED ON YOUR COMPUTER!
With the CMS system, the way you can view the entries here in our preview version will be THE SAME with the real version.

What do I need?
The only requirement is that you need Flash Media Server 3.0 or above (VERY IMPORTANT, the free version will work 100% PERFECT with this component, no need to upgrade for paid version) Download Here: http://www.adobe.com/go/tryflashmediaserver

Some of the Videos on the CMS Lag?
When playing back the videos, if you notice lag or audio breaks this is because the component is under a sample server with very little upstream (256 kbps of Upload stream) plus this same server is being used with other bandwidth demanding applications, such as flash games and other applications (The playable version here is just a sample to check out all the component features, please ignore the lag).
