This is a very easy to customize XML gallery, with thumbnails.
The gallery can also display the pictures as a slideshow.
Smooth MP3 is also included and can work in full screen mode.
You can add a title and description for each image, but if no title and description are given, the description area will not appear!!!
Reposition all items when the browser is being resized. Image is scaled to be visible 100%
Features controlled by the XML file:
-thumbnails by color;
-slideshow delay time;
-gallery name;
-image location;
-thumbnail location;

Very good gallery but you should add BITMAP SMOOTHING to the images. This is a very important thing if you do not want large images to pixelate.
Also would be wonderfull the iamges to have a zoom button to see their actual size.

I think the prev/next buttons are not working quite right. If you go from large to small picture, the button sometimes stays there, but is not working anymore.
And you keep on searching where the button is by every new image

Please help. I purchased this, it works great….
however im new to flash and have one problem..
i need to make 2 flash players, with different content… but i cant get to work unless it loads from gallery.xml….
how can I change names so will work eg landscape.xml with new images
please help!!!

All,
to be able to pass galleryname.xml parameter through flashvars, you need to modify fla file, find
and replace it with
then in flashvars use “xmlfile=yourgallery.xml”
works just fine.

Hi Need some help here, scrolling does not work “left to right” and stays up, does not hide. Have not made any code changes, just text display in discriptions.
Added all files to my server, even on “C” drive when tried does not work. Have a look at working file. http://www.fullshabang.co.uk/gallery.html please leave word.

hi guys i bought this a while ago and it works great i just have a question: I have a gallery that just has 6 pics and i was wondering if i can make the thumbs static in the middle of the stage, where should i look in the code to modify that? Thank You M
