I have inserted the videos that i want, when i test it in flash all is well, but when i upload it to my site it just says buffering and loading XML with no videos.

Yes, your site is in Flash format.
1. You can load my commponent XML VIDEO GALLERY WITH COMMENTS inside your site.
2. But if you want you can just point to the video gallery like you need. see this demo example http://www.nextwebart.com/video/prog1/index.html
or this http://www.nextwebart.com/video/prog1/index.swf
If you have problem installing it write me to my email.
But in order the commponent to work your hosting must have PHP support.
