The answer is yes. you will just need to update the source FLA file using flash, to suit your website theme color. Or if you are not comfortable working with flash, I can do it for you. However my cost for this custom changes will be $50 extra.

well this player does not support direct link to youtube videos, which mean the you can not play direct youtube videos. You will first need to download it and upload it to your sever as your own video file, FLV or MP4 file.
as far as the copyright of video concern, you should confirm it form the owner of the video, you would like to play.
