Rules
Although you are free to retweet the message as many times as you want, duplicate retweets from the same user in the same day will not increase the chance of a win and are a violation of Twitter’s rules. You can retweet the message once a day, every day for the period of the contest and you will be considered for that specific day of the promotion.
To be considered, include an @FuelYourFlash so we can see all the mentions. To make sure we receive your update, please include the hashtag #fc5000.
Winner selection
There will be 10 lucky winners over two weeks’ time (awarded from Monday to Friday), from October 4, 2010 until October 15, 2010. After each contest day, we will select a winner randomly from the qualified entries we received that day. Each contest day ends at 12:00 pm UTC.
Retweets during weekends will also be considered for following Monday. If you are eager to participate to this giveaway and hear about it before October 4th, then you can retweet our giveaway tweet and you will also be considered among Monday’s entries. We will select and announce the 10 winners as soon as possible after the time they were selected. The winners will receive the Flash files via e-mail. When you receive the Flash package, you will also get a badge of FlashComponents.Net that you can proudly put on your website.

Acceptance
Participating in the "FC 5000 Giveaway" contest (the "Contest") means that you have read, accepted and agreed with these rules, terms and conditions.
Contest Period
The Contest begins at 12:00:00am Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) on October 4, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59pm UTC on October 15, 2010.
Eligibility
To participate, you must be at least 18 years old and be the owner of a Twitter account.
How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. This Contest is void where prohibited.
To enter the contest, simply follow @FuelYourFlash and retweet the message update that mentions our contest. After every contest day, for two weeks (working days, Monday to Friday), a winner will be selected randomly from the qualified entries we received that day. Each contest day ends at 12:00 pm UTC.
Retweets during weekends will also be considered for following Monday. If you are eager to participate to this giveaway and hear about it before October 4th, then you can retweet our giveaway tweet and will also be considered among Monday’s entries.
We will select and announce the 10 winners as soon as possible after the time they were selected. The winners will receive the Flash files via e-mail. We reserve the right to deny the right to the prize in case of inappropriate content, infringement of third party rights, or for any other reason.

Ownership & License
The files included in the prize can be used under the Multiple Commercial License available on FlashComponents.Net. Check the terms of use of the license here.
Claiming of prize
Winners will be publicly announced on Twitter, and a list will also be published on our blog at www.flashxml.com, at the end of the giveaway. Each prize winner must supply FlashComponents.Net with his e-mail address via Twitter private message or via e-mail at contact@flashcomponents.net. The package will be emailed to the winner's e-mail address within seven (7) business days. If after a winner is announced on our Twitter account, he/she does not reply within seven (5) business days to claim the prize, then the prize can be annuled and will be given to another contestant.
Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings. If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, FlashComponents.Net may substitute a prize of like or equal value. FlashComponents.Net is not responsible for retweets that we did not receive.
