Any dispute arising in connection with the Legal Act which cannot be settled by negotiation between the Parties or their representatives may be submitted at our sole discretion to arbitration in accordance with the Rules for the Conduct of European Union Commercial Arbitrations. During such arbitration, both Parties may at our sole discretion be legally represented. Prior to referring a matter to arbitration, the Parties will, in good faith, explore the prospect of mediation.
Flashcomponents.net accepts no liability for any failure to comply with the Legal Act where such failure is due to circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

FlashComponents.net sells non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is delivered. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. Although Refunds are NOT offered, we do offer credit if found that the item downloaded contains critical errors. We do not offer refunds due to inability to use Flash software or the use of any of the products provided by FlashComponents.net. You are required to have flash experience to edit Flash products. The Support for the purchased products does not include custom work on buyers’ projects.
Please be careful, If you pay twice or more times for the same product using credit card, we can only credit your account with the amount paid in advance or refund it through PayPal.
